Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

Occasionally, things outside our control (like weather or courier delays) might slow things down, but we’ll keep you in the loop!

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on where you’re located.

We offer free shipping on orders over $299.

Can I pick up my order?

We’re an online-only service, so we don’t have a pickup option, everything’s delivered straight to your door.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you the tracking link so you can keep an eye on it.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you haven’t received your tracking email yet, get in touch with us ASAP and we’ll do our best to update it.

If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to contact the courier directly.
