Orders are shipped via courier. 

Please allow 3 to 5 working days to receive your order.

Quoted delivery times are estimates only; we cannot be responsible for delays due to causes beyond our control.

How much is shipping? 
The appropriate shipping costs are automatically added to the checkout depending on shipping location.

Can I pick up my order?
Being an online service only we do not have any pick up options available.

How can I track my order?
Tracking details will be emailed to you when your order has left our warehouse.

Can I change my delivery address?
If you have NOT received an email with your tracking number, please contact us as soon as possible to amend your delivery address. If your order has been dispatched, you will need to call the courier directly.

What should I do if I have not yet received my order?
Please allow at least 3 to 5 working days for delivery from receipt of payment. If you have received a Dispatch Confirmation email you can check the status of your parcel by clicking 'Track Order'. If your parcel has been lost or damaged please contact us.
